PLEASE NOTE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME!

Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations and no-shows disrupt schedules for our stylists and other clients. We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A $35 fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Running Late

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but if you're running more than 10 minutes late (according to our clock), we may need to reschedule your appointment. We'll do our best to accommodate you ASAP, so please notify us promptly if you anticipate being late. Our No-Show & Cancellation Policy may apply in such cases. 

Hair-cut and Color Adjustments

Our commitment to excellence drives us to ensure every guest leaves fully satisfied with their experience. If you're not completely happy with the outcome of your service, we're here to make any necessary adjustments to your hair within one week of your last appointment. Please understand that while we don't offer refunds or complimentary services for changes of mind, we're dedicated to achieving the look you desire.
